About Brazos County ARES
Serving Brazos County through emergency communications, training, and community service.
Brazos County ARES is part of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Amateur Radio Emergency Service program. We are part of the West Gulf Division and operate within the South Texas Section (STX).
The South Texas Section maintains membership and training records for ARES members throughout the section and provides the official member registration system.
Membership is voluntary, and you do not have to be an ARRL member to join Brazos County ARES.
